    So, for making all these complicated work easier we have developed a Dynamic Class Management system which will make your work easier and effective.

    This app is able to handle lots of important features for school management like students, faculty, attendance management, test, batch, inquiry, payment and notifications.

    This application is for student and parents, in which student can view their attendance report , payment details , homeworks, test descriptions, their 5 enn completed or incompleted syllabus and analysis of their performance on the bases of tests in a graphical representation. Also this application is synchronized with our class management application so whenever there is an update in a payment, homework or tests student will get notification of that. Student cat get their result in pdf or Excel formats.Student can view their profile and details .Parents/student can view their attendance monthwise with their in time and out time.

    STUDENT DETAILS

    Student tab provides user the facility to enroll New students, Update their records and delete it also. One more important facility is “Installment date”, In this user can add installment dates suitable to student and can send the message to the individual student according to his/her installment dates. This all data are syncronized with our student app.

    TAKE ATTENDANCE

    This feature allows user to take attendance of the students by their ID or user has a facility to select the student to directly take attendace.Also this feature has an inbuilt scanner to scan the QR code of the student to take attendace.

    FACULTY DETAILS

    In this section User can maintain the records of their faculties along with this we can add , update and delete the faculty list. Also user can assign batch and students to faculty and also user can make faculty status as an active or inactive faculty.This details and permissions are syncronized with our other app for Faculty.

    ATTANDANCE REPORT

    In this section User can view attendance report of any student and access student’s presence, in time and out time for any date of that student.

    BATCH

    In this section user can generate or edit the batch and assign students and faculties to the batch. Automatically faculty and students will get notified for their assigned batch.

    COMPLAINT BOX

    Complain box will heal all the hurdle which will come in the smooth process of this application. By that User can get complains of the parents and take the necessary steps to resolve these.

    PAYMENT DETAILS

    In this section user can add payment details of the students and can keep the records of all the installments also user can get PDF or Excel document of payment details.

    BRANCH MANAGEMENT

    If User has more than one branch then user can manage all the data branchwise using this section. User will select the branch and then user can access, add and edit all the data of selected branch.

    MANAGE INQUIRY

    User can add and view inquiry details in this section also user can filter the data using advanced filters of the app.

    ATTENDANCE REPORTS

    Attendance Report helps the student to get the essential data relate with his batch in which he can get his batch name his total present, absent and attendance report through ratio analysis and it also facilitates him to provide overall visualization of his attendance in the whole month.
    If a student select or click the option present or absent, he or she can get brief elucidation relate with him with full month visualization and these tabs present the data in isolated way which helps to acquire the appropriate result as per the student requirement.

    SYLLABUS FUNCTIONALITY

    Syllabus functionality is a feature which is mandatory to lead the syllabus smoothly and effectively to make students eligible to get appropriate content knowledge and they will also have the apt description in a graphical way relate with their syllabus how much it is finished and the remaining aspects.

    PAYMENTS FUNCTIONALITY

    Students can get their payment details from the app to acquire appropriate visual description regarding their payments.

    This section contains three tabs Payable, Paid and Unpaid amount along with brief description which removes all kinds of ambivalence and conflicts relate with payment details of the students.

    MANAGEMENT FOR FACULTY

    HOMEWORK

    This tab helps the faculties in various ways to provide sufficient homework details to the students with title, description and batch. It also allows the faculty to attach any file which provide essential information to the students regarding their homework. In this tab teacher can online assign the work to the All students as well as an individual student.

    TESTS

    Test tab allows the faculty to pre-plan all the tests according to his convenient date and time and once he accomplishes any test it will be reflected through green radio button and rest will be revealed with red radio button which will help the faculty to get the details about tests easily. Test tab contains many features inside of it like Test name, Test Date, Test Time, Total Marks, Passing Marks as well as Batch Name, all these description can be stored easily by faculty to make the students aware about their test details and it will help the students to prepare themselves according to given instructions to acquire valuable marks.

    Attendance Tab facilitates the faculties in different ways. They can take attendance according to batch and they can also reset the time of attendance and keep present and absent details easily.
